It's been 10 years since our last album "Time" was released. Time is flying;-) It's a great opportunity to celebrate the 10 years anniversary with a video.
This video is a homage to all the awesome people who supported us making this album. Thank you so much for all you have done - from the heart.❤️
The clip gives a glimpse behind the scenes during the creation of the album Time. The soundtrack is "The Puppet Master", the 7th track on the album in full length.

We celebrate the 30 years anniversary of our debut album Amenophis. A great reason to republish it. After a long time of being sold out our debut album is now available again.

Amenophis Time release party in Tettnang, Germany! Thank you all for coming and making it an awesome event. Pictures are availabe on facebook.



[18th Feb. 2014]
The Amenophis TIME album is now available. Check out the Musea records Catalog or any CD and online shop in your country. In addition the album is available for download in iTunes, amazon and other online shops.



[24th Jan. 2014]
We are happy to announce that our new album will be released under the french Progressive Rock label Musea Records ( The production process has already started, and we expect the album to be released by mid of February. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact us.

We want to take the opportunity to say a big “Thank you” for your interest in our music, for your emails we really like to read and respond, for your comments and thoughts you share with us and others on the web, simply for all the recognition we receive from you.  That means much to us.

[27th Dec. 2013]
The mastering sessions for our new album have been completed. A great reason to post another sample video. Check out the extended “The Overdue Overture” sound sample video - replacing the previously posted shorter one. It is almost twice as long and crossfades into another part of the song.

A new version of the Amenophis website goes online. The new main features are sound samples of the first two albums (check out the Releases), a new NEWS section, infos about the new album TIME and more




[2nd Dec. 2013]
The last Mastering session for the new album is scheduled for the 5th of December.




First Promo CDs with  a roughmix of the complete new album are available now.





The recording of the last tracks has been completed. Last song to be recorded was “The Overdue Overture” the introductory song of the new album. It’s done, hurray!






The first track recording is scheduled for the 17.12.2013 at the Mastermix Studios in Munich.

Amenophis records the first keyboard samples for the song “Wheel Of Time”. This song is a rescue from the 80s.





[Oktober 2011]
Karsten Schubert joins Amenophis on drums. Welcome Karsten!






[Summer 2011]
The first reunion meeting with Michael, Wolfgang and Kurt takes place. That is the starting point for a new album with mostly brand new material and a few rescues from the 80’s.
